FACILITIES & DIRECTIONS

The biobehavioral research facilities at the USC-HEAL are designed for the purpose of conducting human laboratory studies. Located in the Clinical Science Annex Building at the USC Health Sciences Campus in Los Angeles, the facilities include two observation suites.

Each suite contains an observation room equipped with chair, desk, computer, and ventilation systems to clear smoke. In addition, suites contain large one-way mirrors and intercoms to allow visibility and communication from adjoining research control areas, where research staff to monitor study sessions. Offices for HEAL research staff are contiguous with investigator offices.

Parking

Research participants and visitors can park in the Clinical Sciences Lot adjacent to CSA. The parking lot entrance is on Alcazar St. directly west of the Institute for Genetic Medicine Building. Our facilities are in the southeast corner of the parking lot directly across from the USC Childcare Center. Please call 323-442-2598 when you arrive and one of our staff members will meet you at the entrance, which will be locked. We can provide a parking permit.
