Library of America Anthologies
Two hardbound, but relatively inexpensive (and downright bargain basement cheap given the number of works they include), volumes of Hurston's works are available from something called The Library of America.

Of particular interest here are the "Selected Articles". The Harper series of Hurston books that are currently in print cover most of her writings, including the three complete books included in this anthology. But, to my knowledge, they haven't printed the articles that Hurson wrote for a variety of magazines and journals over her life. They are published in this volume.
