Cajun Baked
Potato
- Microwave 1 baking potato for 4 min on each
side.
- Wrap in aluminum foil for 10 min.
- Slice potato as desired.
- Apply margarine, ground black pepper, bacon
chips and Tobasco sauce.
- Microwave again 20-25 sec per
half.
- Eat it while it's HOT!
Cajun Chicken Noodle Pea
Soup
- One can of Chicken Noodle soup
- One can of Sweet Peas (low salt)
- Heat on low flame.
- Add Tony Chachere's Creole
Seasoning
- Add Tobasco sauce and black pepper
- Eat it while it's HOT!
