Jalapena Kosher Dill
Pickles
- 1 large jar of Spicy Kosher
Dill Pickles (Polish, etc.).
- 1 handful of the hottest
Jalapena peppers you can get your hands on (buy, steal or
borrow).
- Open jar of pickles and remove
a few to make room for the Jalapena peppers. Stuff as many hot
Jalapena peppers in the jar as you can. Close the jar and put it
in the refrigerator for 2 days to 2 weeks (the longer the better).
If you do it right, the pickles will have an immediate spicy taste
with a SLOW BURN which takes over after a few minutes.
