Vegetarian
Pork and Beans Burrito
- Heat 16
oz can of your favorite Vegetarian Pork and Beans (open can before
heating).
- Heat
flour totillas by hand over a low flame (remove plastic before
heating).
- Add the
following according to taste:
- 1.
Sliced tomatos
2.
Sliced pickles
3.
Sliced onions (poquito cebolla
!)
4.
Shredded lettuce
5.
Sliced Jalapena peppers
6.
Tabasco or Crystal brand Louisiana hot pepper
sauce
7.
Shredded cheese (Jack, cheddar, etc)
- Wrap
and heat in microwave or toaster oven if needed.

Note: To
make a Non-Vegetarian burrito add one or more of the following meats:
carne asada, carnitas, pollo, al pastor,
lingua.
