Cucumbers
- Slice cucumbers and place in a mixture of
vinegars.
- Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar
- Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- Distilled White Vinegar
- Soak in a sealed container in the refrigerator
for at least 4 hours. However, overnight or several days is
better.
- You can add seasonings (garlic, dill) to
please your personal taste.
