I wrote you before about how cute Tippy is. I got a shih tsu! His name is
Kramer and he is adorable. I have been bringing him to school with me
because we can't bear to leave him. I'll get his page on the shih tsu list
as soon as I have time to make him one.

Just tell Tippy that a family in North Carolina got a shih tsu just because
of his appearance on the web.

Since the time Tippy's page was created in late 1995 at least 50 folks have
sent me email indicating due to his story and pictures they would first
look in a dog pound/shelter before getting their next dog.
Six others have stated they did rescue a dog as a result of information
on Tippy's page. Please recall this when anyone implies that web pages
are frivolous. We could not be prouder of Tippy
